Pets on Parade: Special Friends of the Westland Public Library
Pets on Parade!

In honor of our Summer Reading theme, Tales & Tails, we are celebrating our favorite furry friends (and feathered and scaled ones, too). Meet some wonderful pets from around the Westland community in our Virtual Pet Parade!

Summer reading continues through August 14. Kids and teens can register at the library. Adults can enter our weekly prize drawing on our Adult Summer Reading page.

Homebound Delivery Now Available

Let the library come to you! The Westland Public Library offers a delivery service for Westland residents who are confined to their homes. After a personal interview, a librarian selects materials of interest to you, and they will be dropped off and picked up by a volunteer. See our Homebound Delivery page for more information.
