Magic: The Gathering
Magic: The Gathering comes to the Westland Public Library! We'll be meeting for the first time next Tuesday, April 16, from 5-7 pm.
We'll have a community deck (or bring your own). We'll have snacks. We'll have free booster packs to give away.
Fun will be had by all.

This bracket is for Westland Library teens only (ages 12-18 or in grades 7-12). The last day to fill out your bracket is March 20th. The winner will receive a gift card to Dick's Sporting Goods.

Manga Drawing Contest
The Library is holding a manga drawing contest for teens! Entry forms are at the Reference Desk and in the Teen Area. The deadline for entries is January 15th. Drawings need to be on 8.5 X 11 sheets of paper. Only one submission is allowed per person. We'll be displaying the pictures in the teen area and at A to Z cards & comics for people to vote on their favorite. There'll be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner for judges' choice, and an overall people's choice winner (which will become the new background to the teen website).

First Art Club Meeting 11/17
Stop in for the fist meeting of the Teen Art Club any time from 2 - 4 pm tomorrow. We'll be meeting in the Teen Area. There will be art supplies available, so start a new project or bring one in to work on.
Art Club will meet regularly on the 3rd Saturday of every month. If you can't make it tomorrow, join us on December 15 or January 19.
