Bio
Cari began work as a Youth Services Associate at the library in 2005, eventually gaining the position of Head of Youth & Teen Services in February 2020. Mrs. Fry, as she is most widely-known, has enjoyed watching babies and toddlers become youth and teen readers over the past nineteen years. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the youth and teen departments, such as staffing, collection development, programming, outreach and budgeting. She also enjoys presenting storytimes and other programs for families.
More about Cari
Cari loves kids and dogs most of all. When she isn’t presenting a storytime or crafting with kids, she is home working with her dogs, Cooper and Sunny, on some serious obedience training. Summer is Cari’s favorite season because that means it is time for the Summer Reading Program at the library and many, many weekends of camping with Mr. Fry and the dogs. If you haven’t been a part of the SRP, she hopes you will this year!
