As Head of Adult Services, Katie manages the team of librarians and technology aides who provide public service at the library’s Information Desk. Among other responsibilities, the Adult Services Department collects materials for adults, coordinates events and programs, provides technology help and research services, and creates content for the library’s website. Katie has worked at the Westland Public Library since 2013.

Katie was a high school and college athlete. Over the course of her career, she captained the winningest softball team in her high school league and the losingest softball team in her college league.
