As Head of the Circulation Department, Lorene manages all operations related to circulating the Westland Public Library’s materials. She develops and administers policies and procedures, collaborating with other department heads to ensure a seamless experience for patrons. Lorene also leads and supervises the Circulation staff, overseeing all aspects from hiring to training.
