2024 Year in Review

2024 Year in Review

2024 was a big year for the Westland Public Library. Disruptions from the COVID-19 pandemic as well as our expansion and remodel meant that 2024 was our first full year completely open to the public since 2019.

A year full of change: big events, new collections, and a revamped identity. We came into 2024 wanting to provide Westland with a better library, and you showed up to see what we’ve been up to. Thank you for your patronage in the year 2024, and we can’t wait to see you in 2025.

With that, here is a look back at the year 2024!
