Annual Photography Contest
Since 2019, the library has held an annual photography contest, open to all ages. This year, we’ll accept photo contest submissions from Tuesday, September 3 – Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
During the submission period, photographers submit entries to compete within various categories, including:
- Travel or Landscape
- People or Portrait
- Architecture – Buildings, Bridges, Structures
- Nature – Animals, Flowers, Outdoors, Weather, Etc.
- Still Life – Anything Not Listed Above
Judges select winners within each category and a “Best in Show” winner. Patrons may vote for the “People’s Choice” winner. Photo Contest winners receive cash prizes.
Each photo submission must be 8″x10″ and have an entry form affixed to the back. Entry forms can be found below. Submissions can be turned in at the Circulation Desk and the Information Desk.
